Return Policy

At Sona Cereal, we do not offer an option to return as of now except if you receive a damaged/tampered product.
If you receive a damaged product, we would require proof for the same, for us to take necessary actions.
While making any returns, you should have the receipt or bill related to that purchase.

Refunds Policy

Once we have received your return, we will inspect it. Post-inspection, we will notify you through an email or via text message that we have received your return.

If the return is approved during the quality check, we will issue you a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

No or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, you might want to check your bank account details.

If the amount still did not show up on your end, kindly get in touch with your respective bank.
